CalCare Phone Bank for Assembly Appropriations Committee vote

What:
CalCare (AB 2200) to pass guaranteed health care for all across California is coming up to its next hearing and vote, this time in the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
 
CalCare MUST pass out of this committee by May 17th in order to move forward for a full floor vote in the Assembly, which is why we need your help one week from today.
 
We’re holding a phone bank on Zoom next Thursday, May 9th from 2 – 4 PM to drive calls to members of the Appropriations Committee and urge them to support CalCare. RSVP now to join us!

During this phone bank, we’ll call CalCare supporters and voters who live in districts represented by Appropriations Committee members and ask them to call their representatives and tell them to vote YES on CalCare (AB 2200).
 
The more constituents who call and express their support for CalCare, the better our chances at moving this single-payer health care bill forward and guaranteeing health care for all in California.
