U.S. policy is threatening Cuba’s world-renowned free healthcare system—even blocking access to lifesaving equipment like heart pacemakers.
Join the Saving Lives Pacemakers Campaign to raise $150,000 to send at least 150 pacemakers to Cuba.
ACTION 2.
End the blockade and take Cuba off the U.S. list of “State Sponsors of Terrorism” (SSOT).
President Trump’s baseless decision to add Cuba to the State Sponsors of Terrorism (SSOT) list has blocked Cuban access to global banking—disrupting money transfers, vendor payments, and vital shipments of fuel, food, and medicine.
Now, Republicans in Congress want to lock in this policy permanently. House Bill HR 450 (the FORCE Act) would strip future presidents of the power to remove Cuba from the SSOT list.
Tell your representatives to oppose this harmful bill—call, email, or visit them in person.

Defend Cuba’s Medical Brigades
Trump is threatening sanctions against countries that host Cuba’s international medical brigades—falsely labeling them as human trafficking. These brigades are essential to many nations’ healthcare systems and have saved countless lives.
During COVID, Cuba sent 3,875 medical workers in 52 brigades to 46 countries.
